Support Trio also offers a free version, so does Auracle as well. Booth a nice solutions!

We use Trellis desk for one of our customers from http://www.iftomatoes.com/

And its FREE and very easy to set up and use but we are also trying out SupportTrio and am impressed so far

But our main ticket system we use WHCMS as everything is in one place

I agree.

Billing/Support Areas that are the same script are so much easier. I used to use client exec. Worth every penny.

There are no DECENT free billing systems to my knowledge.
So it is kinda free as your buying the billing system and the ticket area comes free :)

I have client exec already. I just installed support trio, and we wills ee how it goes!

I have seen trellis and I did like what I see. However I think the script will improve a lot more in the future because right now it doesn't meet our expectations.

We currently use clientexec and I can recommend that highly.

There is PMOS Help Desk (http://www.h2desk.com/pmos) which is used by several hosting companies such as Setien and FDCServers. They work quite well for being free.

osTicket is almost dead, its community version is also dead, but there's a fork of it eTicket http://eticket.sourceforge.net which is still kicking around.

osTicket is no longer in development, AFAIK.

They pulled the "official" download link last year, and the new version has been in "BETA" ever since. :(
