The suit by major web publishers against "scumware" provider Gator Corporation is progressing, and a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order against the firm. But while they'll have to stop displaying ads on the websites of the suit's plaintiffs, it's still business as usual on the rest of the web.

Same here.. I wish there was a class action suit coming because of this.. I end up running ad-aware everytime I start my PC.. I have another one called clickthru or somthing to that name..
