Good things to offer are domains, Dedicated IPs, SSL certificates, etc. But that wouldn't make you different from the others.

This is something you need to come up with on your own, otherwise it wouldn't be different, would it? ;)

About Google Adwords, I spoke with them in the past, and only offer this kind of coupons to BIG companys, with thousands of users (We only have less than 1 thousand :(

If you have reseller accounts, offering a billing system/service or support for reseller clients would be a good one.

I think the best free tools are RVSkin and Fantastico for Cpanel hostings to according to me.

Look at your competitors, and see what they are offering. And then re-evaluate your offerings. You can't just go out offering as many free things as you can if they aren't even relevant or needed. It's all down to your market.

I am actually proving hosting only in my country and in the market its mostly just plain vanilla cpanel (at low price though :S)

I have competators hosting on pentium boxes or just resellers. I dont wanna go down at the service level to reduce pricings. Instead i want to make my packages feature rich by offering things like a great webmail, good helpdesk/billing, rvskin... etc.

I dont need much of business secrets ;)

Just things from a end users (we all were some day!) point of view might help me a lot.

May be just idea of adding up some free cpAddon scripts...

Without actually having a unique feature, one trick it to promote the things customers react strongly to better than your competition. For instance, one thing most customers are concerned with is spam filtering. You could go into a lot of detail about the steps you take to prevent spam. You could put a stat on your site the says the % of spam messages were blocked in the last X days. I may just take my own advice and add that to my own site!

You can make rotate offers or Months offers.
For example this month we have a free BNC with every account.

I am afraid you are going to have to think outside the box. There are two ways, in 2007, to differentiate your Web hosting service from others:

1. Market to a niche group (at which point features are not completely relevant)
2. Blow away the competition with technical features that far surpass all others offered (webmail would not count)

Which do you think is easier to do? Of course, point 1.

Tutorials with helping them build their website is always a good start. Especially for customers new to the web host scene.
