I asked for some hosting info, got a response, but every reply to both sales@itricks.net and support@itricks.net bounce undeliverable, permanent error.

Anyone know how to get ahold of them?
Any thoughts on their service, reliability, etc.

Try sending a PM via these forums to "IT Hosting" -- I'm pretty sure he runs or works for itricks.

Our network was down a couple hours in the middle of the night because the Priority Colocation data center had to move a cisco router to an upper floor. This was part of their "upgrade" to multihomed bandwidth I believe. You can contact sales@itricks.net or send me a PM if you have any questions about our services.
