I signed up with Gary Harris about 5 months ago. Since then I have about 19 domains hosted off of his servers. I needed the ability to forward about 10 domains to other domains, I found www.cyberwings.com had the best price for forwarding. Unlimited forwards for only 20 dollars a month. Hummmm. Too good to be true? Well it was. I signed up for Cyberwings reseller account on May 9th 2002. I talked to tech support and Shawn White the CEO about a week later because I had not got anything from them except a hit on my credit card. I worked with them, provided the times and the amounts of the transactions, they said that they would set up the account. Long story short, I cancelled the account on July 2nd. I still had not been setup. I talked to them on the help desk for about 4 hours total. You do not get through the first time ever. Then when you do they refer you to someone else. I am still fighting to get my money back from them. Shawn personally told me that it would be refunded. So far I have only seen the first 10 dollars. I have checked with the better business bro. they recommend caution when dealing with cyberwings.com because of billing practices. I would never go back to them again. Shawn, who is supposedly only 22 years old, is living in a pipe dream. Maybe he could make it work, but he does not have the funding to go about a 155,000 square foot data center. I am privy to Northern Virgina, and the only Colo that has the specs that he is talking about is Worldcom in Tysons Corner. They have a 155,000 sq foot building, they have a cogent drop, and also Att and Sprint OC192 cabinents. The last quote I got from Worldcom for a customer was 1200 per month for a full rack with a 2MB pipe coming in. That was basically with about 100 IPs per rack. Do not let them fool you, he cannot afford a 155 sq foot building in this area. And if he did build it and get that much bandwidth I pry would have known about it.

I think shawn is pry a good guy, but a little too money happy to turn www.cyberwings.com into a great business. There will always be guys like him, then guys like Gary HArris at www.dixiesys.com that are honest for only a dollar more a month. Not only that but Garys servers are normally up for about 99% of the time, where the CW servers are lucky if they get to about 90%. (I never had an account that was fully running with them in the 2 months I was their customer. Even their helpdesk went down many times a week.)

Buyer beware, if it sounds too good then it pry is.
good day,

maybe shawn should be nice and sell off his customers so these poor people dont have to keep waiting and waiting for him to come back online.

I shouldn't say it, I'll hate myself in the morning, I tried to resist, I even wrote it and closed the browser twice.

Why buy them, I'm getting them for free!

Ok I said it, I feel bad for saying it, but resistance was futile :D

Willpower? What's that?
