I did the trial for the Photoshop Interface Improvement program which is so cool, so I ended up buying it after the trial period. So I buy it, I don't hear nothign after I buy it, I sent them an email 2 days after, nothign back. It's been like 2 weeks. Has anyone heard of this company, or bought any one of thier programs? What should I do?

The last thing I want to do is run up my phone bill tryign to call this guy:
