It would appear that the server is down. Their DNS is hosted on the same machine. Unfortunately the domain was registered privately so there is not a phone number you can contact on the whois record. Unfortunately, you are out of luck until they resurface.

The IP (and possilbly the server) is owned by LiquidWeb. They will not give you any information about the server so it is useless to contact them but

The reverse DNS for the IP provided which is also the IP of the primary nameserver is: server.managedbyus.com

Doing a whois of managedbyus.com gives you a number in Jamaica. This information could be useful or could be the reverse information of the last owner.

Either way, I hope you have backups.

I tried contacting liquidweb, they wouldn't provide me info.. yeah.

So, are you trying to say i'm totally out of luck? Anyway.. sigh.. anyone here use piweb too and having issues?
