This is so frustrating.

I am running Cpanel3 / WHM

I have a user who managed to screw up httpd.conf by loading multiple subdomains that began with "www.whatever"

I have cleaned up the httpd.conf but I also need to remove the virtual host entry from Proftp.

However, I can't find the configuration file.
I am always running into this problem with these programs.
I know what I need to do, but I don't know which file its in or where that file is located.

I went through the Proftp documentation but can't find a list of the files that should exist after installation.
Even a a simple tree diagram would help!

Panic over ........

Its in /etc/proftpd.conf

Its all fixed now, but it didn't help that the Proftp documentation is so unclear about the file locations.
