Hey,
I had purchased 2 servers from a company I will remain unknown at this time. Around a month ago. They seemed nice etc.. they also promised 2 days setup time. ( a month ago) and nothing yet. I had canceld the order and went elsewhere, and asked for a refund. They won't answer or reply to my e-mails, phone calls, AIM messages. I don't know what to do.

I hate to say it, but have you considerred a charge back?
If you've truly tried everything possible to contact them, and they appear to be avoiding you, I see little else you can do except contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.

When you order from any company most imply then upon placing an order yu bind yur self to a TOS. In this case the following link applies:
http://www.rackvillage.com/tos.htm
With in this construct, all of your service questions can be answered.
In this case, since you were sent 2 servers within the alotted time frame, it is up to the discression of rackvillage to determine your eligiablity for refund. Please contact customer service with questions to the TOS.

There they are,
This is who I bought the servers from. They then sent me an e-mail saying that the SERVER (1) was up, with an ip which led me to some one elses server. The tech then informed me that the server was setup wrong (obviously) and that the ip was in use allready (obviously). So I waited he informed me it was out of their control and it was up to the datacenter to do it for me. A few weeks later the tech told me he had quit rackvillage.
I have not seen any working merchandise. I do not want to see it either, I have gotten servers elsewhere. Please refund my money.
