You must have 10 (ten) posts and 7 (seven) days of membership before starting a thread within.
Why Can't I Post In The Advertising Forums?
There are a few reasons why this might happen.

1) You must have at least 10 quality* posts before you can post an ad.
2) You must be a member on WHT for at least 7 days before you can post an ad.
3) You must only post 1 ad in each advertising forum per 7 days.
4) You have made 10 posts and been a member for 7 days, but must wait upto an hour to be upgraded.
