Windows+PHP+ASP - if have WHMCS ans Site Builder wil be awsome...
Control Panel could be ... Cpanel/Plesk/Helm

$30 is more likely than $15 for windows. CPanel is not on windows. However i use Helm myself and think its cool :)

Unless they changed there policy, they previously didn't support Windows Installations. This doesn't mean they haven't changed though, they tend to do that a lot.

Last I heard they supported Plesk and were working on Helm. I don't know believe they support any others at this time.

WHMCS dosent support WINDOWS ??? i dont know if i understant wrong, my english isnt good enough.. but what i mean is that i already owns a WHMCS, so im looking for a Control Panel that WHMCS supports the list in WHMCS site is » cPanel/WHM ---->(I PREFER)

so you will need to go with a Plesk host. cPanel is not running on Windows. Have you taken a look at HostNexus?

all right . Cpanel => Linux... now i get it....

HostNexus is a good choise, but i think that is a little expensive for low space... what do you think...? 2Gb / 25Gb for 29.95..., here in Brazil the dollar is about 1.95... what do you think guys???

For your budgtet, you can find a lot more space than that. Just don't go for anything massively oversold like 100gb for $20 or so.

but if you want windows/asp you wont be able to use WHMCS as thats linux based.
