Why not PayPal? You can use PayPal to pay with a CC. This way the transaction is authorized. ;)

Because my country is not in PayPal list...

You don't need your country in the list if you have a CREDIT CARD.
You just put your CC info, paypal gets the money from your CC and send to who you're paying. (just like any 3rd party CC processor)

cas is right. PayPal works like any other CC processing company, and your country does not have to be listed in order to use your credit card.
