I have not a single clue about this, so I'd appreciate any suggestion, tips or warnings.

I need to set up a program for people who will have my banners on their sites. I have found a few applications, e.g.

..but have to ask if there are better ones out there, or cheaper, or nicer or whatever reason I should take a look at them.
