I had a reseller account with Gazzin about a year ago and it was really bad. Support was ok but the servers were always going down. From what I hear not much has changed there either.

Greetings,

We were in a bad noc and had migrated so alot has changed. More servers, larger client base.

You simply were on a server with huge abuse. Other than that clients on other servers cant be any happier.

I am a current customer of Gazzin. I must admit they have improved a bit but by and large they have some way to go with quality of service and support.

Greetings,

For a budget package its already a large improvements the abuse, cpu usage, memory leaks majority of clients has been well controlled compare to the past. We probably have hundreds of incidents a day of just php, or cgi scripts that go wild.

We are already going into the high quality reseller packages that will feature higher uptime and availibility.

How soon do you see this going into effect?

Hi,

We're working on some unique applications that we choose not to release until it is fully tested. Until we see that there's no issue we will launch the product line.

Hi

Can I have a quote from?

As to why I have had no site and my clients have not had a site for 3 to 4 day now?
I also think this will be the same for the next 3 to 4 day?

How do you think I can do a move away from you to save me from going under as to date this has cost me about £500.00 = $900.00 to $1000.00 to date?

As you have changed my IP with out telling me and now i can to get to log in or get to root?

I have had over 100 domains down now for almost 48 hours. I have 5 open tickets. My main business email is down, my customers are all down. I am out of business right now.

I am being told by your online sales chat guy to wait 2 hours----5-7 hours---10 minutes, etc. Meanwhile everythihng is still down. I have been with you guys for 3 years.

I am reaching my end!

We have been with Elitehosts for a little over a year now and our only complaint has been they don't do bulk email. As far as service and support I have zero complaints.

Over the time we have been there we have opened 3 reseller accounts and upgraded 2 of the 3 to larger ones. Their tech support for resellers is great. I am a night owl and usually end up contacting them in the middle of the night and get immediate responses from them.

They don't spend time on the big customer forums or blogs, they may have a broken link now and then to one of the payment links, but I don't care because they notify us well ahead of time when they are going to be doing maintenance, support has helped me install and troubleshoot scripts that have nothing to do with support issues, I just thought it did.

Sorry if I went on, but I thought it would be better than "yeah they're great" :agree:
