i have created a template in html -- www.unreal-2003.net
its a gaming site wich i wish to convert to PHP for maximum user interactivity
my only problem is i cant find the rite prog to use -- i need something where its easy to fully custamize templates
can anyone help?!

also i have another problem
i am going to be hosting mods/map/league sites
is there a way i can set up a web account of my hosting account for them , so i could limit space/bandwidth and they could login to a file manager?!
