I just wanted to see if anyone had any information or advice.

I have several domains with speedydomainregistration.com. I've used them for years and never had a single problem, until this week. One of the domains expired yesterday, so last week I renewed it, along with a couple of the others that were coming up soon. My credit card was charged. The domains were never updated.

Tried calling and it seems to be 2 guys working this business from their homes - one in Phoenix, one in Las Vegas. The only time I was able to get someone on the phone, they didn't know anything and had to look something up...could I call back in 5 minutes. Then I was told to call someone else.

As of this morning their website is now gone. Calls are going to voicemail.

Anyone else using them? Any advice? Have I lost all of my domains (and my clients' domains)?

Help!!

Give it up to a week, then panic. It could just be downtime and them being flooded with calls. I've actually never heard of the site, so...

I ended up transferring all of my domains to DotRegistrar, to get them back under my control. DotRegistrar was very helpful - simply had to prove my identity. Of course it was money that I shouldn't have been forced to spend...

I'm having the same problem today, is this company dead or what?! I contacted DotRegistrar but so far nothing.

I have been trying to get these guys to answer me for weeks.

All I want is to transfer one stinkin domain name within their
own system, and yet they ignore my emails and phone calls.

BAD NEWS !! Speedy is indeed DEAD!!

I just transfered all my domains to DotRegistrar.com without much problems. But expect delays from them too, as they are swamped with requests from Speedy old users. :-(

Hi williamk,

Thanks for your post.

Can you tell me exactly how you went about
getting your domains transferred?

I'd like to jump ship also.

thanks!
