Is IRC/VPS allowed? Do you offer cpanel/fantastico/rvskin for VPS? How much for extra ips?

2: VPS is fine. :)

3: We do have CPanel available for VPS. We do not have fantastico/rvskin - you will need to get it directly.

4: Extra IPs are available in blocks of 16 IPs (13 usable), and price for that is: $15/month
