I am looking for EU-companies that have bad experiene with WHMCS.

We are looking for a solution to automate transactions and is able to create accounts.

After suggesting that WHMCS EU-vat law is not complient on their forum I was banned.

Does anyone use WHMCS and how do you do your EU-vat?

see: http://www.whmcs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4228

and: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/smartapi/cgi/sga_doc?smartapi!celexapi!prod!CELEXnumdoc&lg=en&numdoc=32001L0115&model=guichett

On requirments.

Hiya

My honest opinion if you don't find WHMCS any good, just move on and wisely spend your time looking for other alternative.

I haven't read the links but to answer your last question, I know one or two large Irish hosting companies that use HSphere. I can't comment how they do their bookkeeping and accounting but from my understanding HSphere can do automated billing and accounts creation.

H-sphere cost only € 4,50 per account.
An account is an administrator, any employee and any customer.
In our case we have to spend € 4500,- without knowing if it suits us.
