That was the current version , the release version was released on Jun 5th . All cpanel that run /scripts/upcp without any update config preferences are being upgraded to cpanel 11 after june 5th .

Found T4S on here, I was in a sticky bind with my server. My datacenter had me setup in a way I was not too familiar with and could not provide much support beyond that. I was able to get a hold with someone at T4S almost immediately and they got me running and figured out the problem also answered all my questions which is great because I was looking pretty dumb with the techs at the datacenter.
