> About Us
Based in Las Vegas, NV, ServerPoint has been concentrated in the hosting business since before 1998, even before other companies recognized the importance of the hosting industry and switched their business focus to it. Hosting is all we do, then and now.

With our own fully redundant network and facilities, we can provide you with the highest possible uptime and quality environment your server needs.

> Quick facts

We are multi homed - meaning we have our own network ID (known as an Autonomous System Number) on the net, do BGP with multiple providers (with our *own* routers, not someone else's) and have full control over our connectivity. This alone puts our service level beyond almost every other hosting provider.
We own every single piece of equipment involved with our operation, so when something fails, we just walk in and fix it. We do not depend on third parties.
We've been here since 1998, and we'll be here tomorrow.
We are a *true* hosting company. We are not resellers!
High level of customer satisfaction.

Is this all? No. We are a custom solutions house. Whether you need a server like those above, or a multi CPU server with terabytes of RAID based storage, we can build it for you. We also offer great deals on colocation services.

To take advantage of this offer, mention that you are a reader of this forum when placing the order. We accept all major credit cards and paypal (ID verification required). All orders go through a thorough verification process to prevent fraud and protect the general public from identity theft.

We have Pentium 4s with 1GB of RAM and 160GB drive for $69.99/m. I can do $65/m on those. That is the lowest end model we have, without going into a Celeron...

We don't provide DirectAdmin. Other than that, we have Celeron Ds in stock for $59/m. I can do $55/m on them...

Looking for this:

At least Pentium 4 3.2 or AMD equivalent (3000+ athlon or better)
2 GB RAM (3 or 4 GB quotes wanted too)
3 TB transfer
100 Mbit uplink
250 GB HDD
Good IP pricing ($1/IP max.. will probably buy in bulk for VM's)

Please advise.

The fastest P4s we have are 3.0Ghz. As for RAM, P4s can take only up to 3GBs of RAM. 3.1 to be exact.

As for that amount of bandwidth, it would be an additional 6mbps of bandwidth (the server comes with 4) at $30/m each mbps.

IPs are $1 per IP per month and go down to $0.50 in amounts of 64 and more.

P4 3.0, 1GB of RAM, 160GB HD, 4mbps of bandwidth: $75/m.
6mbps of dedicated bandwidth: $180/m (normally $199/m)
2GBs of RAM extra: $50/m

We can do 4GBs of RAM on a Athlon X2, which is just $99/m for the machine, plus 1 more GB of RAM for $25/m.

Let me know. :)

How would you price this:
P4 3GHZ (H-T, not D)
1GB (is it still $25 for 1GB RAM extra?)
20GB SATA HDD
1.5TB bandwidth
only 1 IP

We are limited on the budget for the first few months, but we will likely upgrade a month or two later.

Thanks!

We have those for $75/m, however, the Pentium 4s we have here do not have SATA ports...

Hi,

Do you offer ddos mitigation? Do you allow IRC/VPS?

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

Do you offer ddos mitigation? Do you allow IRC/VPS?

Thanks in advance,

We offer certain levels of ddos mitigation, up to a certain point.

By up to a certain point I mean, if your attack is costing us thousands of dollars per month in bandwidth fees and you are paying, say, $50/mo, sorry but we couldn't continue protecting you, unless you are willing to pay for all of that.

As with any host that has ddos mitigation tools, there is a point at which the host can't continue protecting you unless you are willing to pay for the expense.

We do not allow IRC servers. Virtual servers, yes.

Sorry. We don't do any server at such a low price.

The hardware of a server is the least portion of a server's monthly rate. The rest is network, facilities, development, business costs, staff, etc. So even if it's the lowest hardware possible, it can't have such a low price considering the level of quality we offer.
