Personally opinion, if company can't spend money on SSL certificate and copyrighters to develop website properly, I never sign up for their service...

Copywriting is not synonymous with copyrighting.

At any rate, their certificate came from a place which seems to simply be a godaddy reseller, and given godaddy's out-of-date instructions for installing their multi-file certificate chains, I wouldn't be surprised if they simply misconfigured the entire thing.

provide me an official letter from the bank explaining the reason of
payouts delay. They say that every merchant was notified, but i didnt get anything before (maybe cause of spam filters). And they told me bank going to unhold funds in june, so i have to wait.

It really surprises me that there has been a boom lately in so called merchant account providers/processors that simply get their customers through Google advertising. Most of these companies have just registered a business, have simple website that do not provide any information or can't be found anywhere in a Google search, but still it seems there are merchants out there who try to use them whether it's high risk or not. Do not use any offshore processing company nobody ever heard of.

Please only go with a trusted party which has plenty of reviews. These processors give the whole industry a bad name and will only cause the rates to eventually rise as everything will be affected in the end, including the acquiring banks and card companies. 9 out of 10 companies that I have seen lately just take the money and run or use delaying tactics. If you do consider signing up, ask them which acquiring bank is behind it as they are required to give this information to you.

Please make sure you file a complaint against these guys to the FBI

They are known for opening up sites and running away with people's money.

Jack Powell apparently lives in Vegas, so he probably has a gambling problem.

The old adage is always so true - if it seems too good to be true, it (almost always) is.

Any processor who has been around for awhile will have plenty of reviews. You can see the good, the bad and the ugly - although we'd all hope there would be much more of the first and not much at all of the latter. :)
