I know some web hosting companies use a site like Bobcares.com for tech support for their web hosting company. But I heard the tech support at Bobcares is not that good :). Are there any other sites out there that offer tech support for web hosting companies like Bobcares.com ?

I dont know what your source is, but we have used bobcares and their service is great, especially when you are just starting out and do not have the funds to hire a support team inhouse.

Our past experiences have been very positive, but I know there is also ****************** that recently opened, havent used their services or know of anyone that has, so cant really comment on them

We contacted get-support-now.com, roughly 2 weeks ago. Inquiring about them assisting with late night support. Havent heard anything back yet, I think we will try bobcares, as they seem to have a good reputation around here.

I assume thi sis support for your users if you have a problem. Do they also provide support for oyu to help with the servers etc?

get support now . com's per ticket plan pricing structure.

$25 - 20 Tickets
$50 - 45 Tickets
$75 - 70 Tickets
$100 - 100 Tickets
extra tickets $0.75 each

It wouldn't make any sense for anyone to sign up for any plans other than the $25.00 plan. In the event that they exceed the 20 tickets, just pay $0.75 for each subsequent ticket.

45 tickets = 43.75 ($25 + (25 x $0.75))
70 tickets = 60.50 ($25 + (50 x $0.75))
100 tickets = $85.00 ($25 + (80 x $0.75))

Am I missing something? Did I make a mistake in my calculations?

No, you didn't. They did. :D

It may be extra tickets OVER 100 that is .75 cents per occurance.
Lower than 100 u go thru their pricing teir listed.
