I would have recommended 1and1 but their system became really buggy after their latest upgrades.

I knew ThePlanet was an ICANN accredited registrar but didn't know they sold domains :look:

A top X list of who sold the most so far in descending order would be interesting.

You should add Fabulous to your list, Ireland. They have good wholesale pricing, good tools, reasonable parking, but there isn't any DNS management. Only change nameservers and email forwarding (when using their nameservers of course).

Also Moniker. Good security. Clumsy control panel.

Well I've used quite a bit of registrars and I stick to four primarily:

Moniker
Namecheap
Directi
Dynadot (Not real thrilled with how they handle their business)

I also have some domains at godaddy which is pretty much a given for any serious domainers as you acquire more domains.

Can you register with Directi anymore? I thought they now did all their reseller business thru ResellerClub and their retail business thru Answerable.com.

At least SRSPlus, WWD, NameCheap, MyDomain are not registrars but resellers. I think you should spearate the lists. 1 for registrars and 1 for resellers. I think it might be useful to know who the reseller sells for.

It might also be useful to know which CP the registrar uses. Their own, or some other registrar's CP.

Still no Fabulous on your new list.

My understanding is that LogicBoxes is owned by and hosted at Directi ... & companies like Stargate that lease the LogicBoxes interface are "hosted" at Directi. AFAIK.

yes...and there are many more ...if you can check this linkhttp://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html...then you can sort out from which country and who is best...

Powerinames too ... some rare here. I find some Logicboxes ICANN actredited but with some bounds to snapnames.. less than 500 domains and all .com ..
