If someone bid on something and won. The seller refused to sell it. Can the winning bidder sue the seller?

Technically maybe, but would it really be worth it? The seller could claim they did send it and it must have gotten lost.

Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Only issue is whether or not you'll win... :)
