We have 24/7 support for managed servers and basic support (reboots, IM chat, basic technical inquiries, etc.) for unmanaged servers.

This promo is unmanaged.

You can add higher level Support services at checkout.

Who should I contact for support and are they managed?

We offer a 24/7 toll free number for emergencies or managed server packages. All non emergencies and unmanaged servers have full access to help desk and IM chat.

We currently employ 4 Staff who are on and off IM and answer tickets throughout the day. Our staff also have 24/7 DIRECT access to DC techs should any serious H/W or S/W problems arise with dedicated servers.
