I believe eNom.com was having some problems, since this issue was not unique to namecheap. (We had several people receive the same error when trying to register a domain from our site.)

Seems to be all fixed now.

Hi
Problem isn't fixed, namecheap is still experiencing the same technical issue. I also updated yesterday the DNS of one of my domain names but it still not loading yet...
I think that a support ticket is a must now.

Rkais

The problem started again this morning. Enom is experiencing some issues and they are performing emergency maintenance.

We are in constant contact with them and we will keep you updated on our site. There is no need to submit a ticket or post here.

Thank you for your patience in this matter and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Pangolin,

Just to let you know, dns is handled at the registry and not at your registrar. Only the changes are made at your registrar.

I checked your domain spider-layouts.com and it is working just fine. Your dns is also listed properly at www.nsiregistry.com so any propogation issues would have nothing to do with us or enom.

I would check with either your isp or whomever is hosting your dns or the ip addresses assigned to your nameservers if you are having propogation issues.

Ok, it seems the issues have stabilized. We will be keeping an eye on everything.

Thanks again for your patience during this.
