I want a web-hosting design, either template(sliced and coded) or a fully functional website.

I want a fresh/modern design. Not too many different colours and not too busy on they eyes. I like designs with one base colour (blue or green appeals to me). And I like all the basic photoshop effects - shiny/glass/vector etc.

Logo is optional with name "HostingHeaven.com" (no slogan - think of one if u feel creative)

Features:
Somewhere within the site i want a login form and a 'Search domain' form.

Budget:
I'm looking to spend around $70-$100 but in the case of seeing an 'amazing' design I can stretch a bit more. Upto $200, unlikely though.
