I've let this go to long, and I need to get it done.

I need to hire a designer to get our website done, complete, not just a template.

So, I need a basic/simple hosting company site done, any graphics, etc.

I'd like to exchange free hosting on a quality tier 1 backbone on our dual p3 barely used plesk server for services.

If not, I *WILL NOT PAY* until after the sight is designed, since I've lost over 500 bucks already in cash trying to get this done.

I can also offer 50% discount on your own dedicated server, and you become our "on contract" designer, etc.

Please contact me only if you have sample/complete sites done that I can review.

I need to get this done within a week this time, I've been dealing with this for about a year now and need to get it complete.

Well, that's not really inviting though.
I think you should at least consider a small percentage to be paid in advance though...

I for one would not start developing your site if I do not get paid at least 25% of the invoice amount in advance... My 2 cents...

I have to agree.. I understand that you don't want to be taken again but look at it from the other side. It is so much easier for the person getting the site built to not pay when all is said and done.

We had to take a client to court last month for a $1300 payment they would not pay after we wrote and installed the program for them.

If you are worries get a contract or only deal with some you can trust. Of course remember anyone under 18 can't be held to a legal contract so if who you choose is under 18 a contract will do you no good..

25% is fair to pay up front..
