I'm going to start selling Linux VPS servers and looking for software, which will help my company to:

- track sales
- make billing reports
- run clients database

As I expect, there should be some ready-to-go solutions. Please advice suppliers of such software.

Have a look at ClientExec or ModernBill :)

ClientExec and ModernBill are two great systems. ClientExec is nice for a startup company, as it is very easy to initially setup. If you have plans on becoming a larger company then I strongly recommend ModernBill. ModernBill v5 is a great system with a big future for new development and modules. Let me know if you have any questions regarding the features of the system.

Not sure if I agree with how 'great' modernbill is. However I think it's the only reasonable solution at the moment for small to medium sized hosting enterprises.
