Many website carries news from different news from various website to one site.

How can i start, is there any scripts or i must get permission from various news website to carry the industry news on my site

true. you can get hold of the rss feeds but if you need a special permission in order to put them on your site it should be written in the TOS page. If not, just contact the guys and ask them.
