giliav 05-09-2007, 02:57 PM What happens if there's a hardware failure - who replaces it, how fast and for what cost?
WII-Aaron 05-09-2007, 03:01 PM What happens if there's a hardware failure - who replaces it, how fast and for what cost?
If it's in our datacenter and still under warranty we will handle the replacement and warranty return for you. We keep parts for these machines in stock so an hour or so for a replacement and durring the first year there is no charge for tech time. After the first year it's subject to our normal tech fee's of $65 an hour.
If the machine has been shipped elsewhere the warranties need to be handled through the manufacturer.
