Core 2 Duo E6300
1GB RAM
250GB Hard Drive
1000GB Month Transfer on Premium Bandwidth
CentOS 5
DirectAdmin Control Panel
Remote Reboot
5 IP addresses on private VLAN

Buy this for $460 and colo it for $50 per month. NO CONTRACTS - YOU OWN THE SERVER.

Celeron D 2.53Ghz
1GB RAM
250GB Hard Drive
1000GB Month Transfer on Premium Bandwidth
CentOS 5

Buy this server for $310 and Colo it for $50 per month. NO CONTRACTS - YOU OWN THE SERVER.

The equipment is yours and all we require is that you pay for the machine and the first month colo. After that you are free to stay at the colo rate or we will ship the server to you. (for the cost of shipping via FedEx Ground)

All servers are constructed of new parts with full manufacturer's warranties.

The pricing is correct. I double and tripple checked it before I hit the post button. :)

Upgrades are available. Here's a few common ones:

Additional PC3200 DDR RAM - $77

Upgrade to a 500GB SATA Hard Drive - $65

Anything else, just ask.

What happens if there's a hardware failure - who replaces it, how fast and for what cost?

If it's in our datacenter and still under warranty we will handle the replacement and warranty return for you. We keep parts for these machines in stock so an hour or so for a replacement and durring the first year there is no charge for tech time. After the first year it's subject to our normal tech fee's of $65 an hour.

If the machine has been shipped elsewhere the warranties need to be handled through the manufacturer.

And is it server grade hardware or normal pc hardware?
Also - can further years of warranty be purchased?

It depends on your definition. Here is a parts list, you can decide for yourself.

Intel LGA775 Core 2 Duo E6300 1066FSB CPU - Retail
Foxconn 945GZ7MC Socket 775 Intel 945G Chipset Micro ATX
1GB DDR2 Memory
Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 7200rpm 16MB SATA2 300GB/sec
Foxconn #808 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 355W

We do not offer extended warranties. Only the manufacturer's warranty applies. We're not really in the business of selling hardware but we wanted to give potential customers the ability to purchase and colo all in one spot using some of the discounts we're able to get from our vendors.

I would like to talk with you as I have some questions on some details of the servers and upgrade options. Also about your co-location services.
