i post something like this last week, and i have failed at being able to put together anything with php3 or php anything. So what i need is a free shopping cart like safeshopper.com that does not cost anything to use their shopping cart.

There's half a dozen php based shopping carts at http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Shopping_Carts/ There's also a few on sourceforge.net, including one I just found at http://zelerate.org which looks pretty good. I've been looking for one that interfaces with authorize.net and/or cybercash.
