QUESTION #1:

I noticed when I typed in "mail.?????.net", it brings me to a weird website called "Photograph Arizona".

I use that url for my Microsoft Outlook to directly access my domain emails.. but putting it on browser brings it to that weird page.

Is that suppose to happen or is something configured wrong?

QUESTION #2:

I created a new account for my sister on my reseller WHM since she needed a hosting website for her pictures and stuff for her online profile. Plus learning the reselling process at the same time.

The strange part is I have two computers at home... my main computer can access her WHM "www.????.com/whm" or "www.????.com:2082" but my second computer in my room will keep repeating and asking the log-in/password even though the information is correct.

For my sister who lives in in another city, it seems she can only access from one computer while the other computers (and at friends' house) it'll keep repeating for the log-in/password.

Is there some configuration error on my part or what is causing this to happen? What should I do to solve this problem?

QUESTION #3:

Still going based on the account from my Resller-WHM. If I go and check the list of accounts under WHM, for my sister's account it said I own it (Owner = LL).

Is that correct or it should've said the account should be owned under my sis's name (should state her account name not my account name).

When I created a new account while giving a package, I did not see any field like that.

I hope this is the right forum location to ask this.

Thanks.

That's not supposed to happen, sounds like something isn't configured correctly. I'd recommend contacting your web hosting provider or cPanel licensing provider (whichever the case may be) for assistance.

That sounds like a client-side browser mis-configuration issue. Are cookies disabled/rejected by any chance? If so, then that will cause WHM to not function correctly.

If you are the reseller and you created your sister's account then you are the owner of the account by default. Think of owner as meaning "Reseller in charge of that account." The only times you can change the owner of an account are 1) if you are a root user, and even then only to another reseller or 2) you make her a reseller (if you have privileges to do so) and make her the owner of her own account in the process (there's a checkbox for this).
