GordonH 02-18-2001, 03:33 PM Hello This won't always help. If you look up our IP addresses they all come up as belonging to UltraspeedUSA or VDI. We rent them from these companies. Gordon baileysemt123 02-18-2001, 03:51 PM Last night I was running IPNetMonitor to try to find the domain names assigned to a range of IPs by a local ISP. I was able to do this with quite charming results about 8 months ago. Now, none of them resolve to domain names. I tried the same trick on VDI's netblock, same result. For the lack of a more graceful way to say this... WTF?! Is this a software change? The ISP appears to be selling/leasing/giving out IPs for a larger local service provider, so the IPs all belong to the bigger company, but they USED to resolve to the domain name. Short of manually entering each IP address in a series of 200 or 300, is there another program, method or concept that I'm missing here??? ;) TIA >Bailey< |
