are these servers managed?

Our servers are unmanaged. We can provide monitoring of services such as ftp, ssh, www, smtp, or pop-3 (We actually monitor ping + 2 out of those) and if they fail, we can proactively log in (assuming the root password is available in the server info page) and try to restore the service. But that's as far as we would go with what some companies call "management".
