Hi,
I have a plan RH7.2 and wants to my may server as a MX of some other domain...I have make the entry of MX for other domain that my server will be MX for that domain ..but my server is not accepting mails?

you need to configure your mail program (probably sendmail in a plain RedHat 7.2 install) to accept mail for that domain and also what to do with it once it accepts it.
