We require a number of support staff to help handle our work load.

Right now we only receive a few support requests a day, but this will be growning soon with the launch of our reseller plans and multi domain hosting plans.

Applicants must be able to work at least 5 hours per day, with working knowledge of cPanel, WHM, and PerlDesk. They must also have knowledge in vBulletin forums to be able to provide assistance to customer questions although this method is not used very much.

You will be given access to live support software where our customers will login to speak with a member of staff.

You will also be eligable for staff discounts on all of our products and supplied with special privaliges with services we offer.
