Hi I need a flash image map of Scotland.

Basically I need a map that people can click on areas and it will go to another page. Basically It needs to be pretty much exactly like this http://www.thetrainingwall.co.uk/ when you click on Scotland (the top country) you will see what I'm after. Although I'd like to add an extra island at the top as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_and_districts_%28Scotland%29 is a useful reference.
