I've 2 domains with them and their expiration date was on 24 march. I paid them for renewal on time.
After renewal it worked fine for one week, but then it got expired again and their whois record got updated ..
And from that time i'm trying to renew it.. But nothing is happening..:mad:

What do i do..?

My domians are expired now.. can i still move them to some other provider?

It IS possible to renew recently-expired domain names with registerfly. I know it from experience. But you can't move them out.

It feels bad to pay these people the renewal fee, but then, if you don't want to lose your domain name, that seems to be your only option or the time being.

I fail to understand why ICANN can't step in such cases and do something for all the victims.

It will never be renewed by registerfly. They are no longer in the business of providing actual service. They are simply taking money and doing nothing.

The only thing you can do is contact ICANN and tell them your story, but in reality that is not going to do anything either since Registerfly is obviously just ignoring ICANN.

Eventually, if you're lucky, your domain name will be transferred to another registrar and you will hopefully be able to work with them to prove your ownership and have the domain renewed.

I would advise to resolve this and move away from RF as soon as possible.
