I have a nu domain which I want to renew at a certain registrar and I have sent a ticket and I have not heard from them in 3 days already. I sent another one yesterday.
What do I do? Send a complain? To who?
Obviously I can't transfer nu domains :(
Edit: Forgot to say I'm not the only one complaining - some of my friends who have domains here know that they take ages to respond. A mate of mine had her domain expired because they didn't answer the ticket.

If they have a phone number mentioned on their website, try calling them.

There is nothing you can do, unless they are a reseller for another company. In that case, you can try to find out what is the "parent" company and contact them directly for assistance.

The ultimated authority for a ccTLD is the ccTLD registry, so if you have problems with a .nu registrar it's the .nu registry you need to contact. Their contact details can be found in the IANA ccTLD database at www.iana.org - or you can use the "Contact us" link on the registry's web site at

Thanks everyone.
The registrar is a hosting company?? But they do domains as well and they have an enom reseller...I can only access my domain through access.enom.com but I cannot lock/unlock the domain :P
They (http://netrillium.com) finally responded yesterday and they sent me an invoice, eventhough I did not request for one (but I did mention I was going to renew the domain, but I only wanted my login details).
Sigh.
Ah well I might as well just pay for the domain, since I am going to renew it anyway.
