View Full Version : Anyone tried to file a complaint for a ResellerClub reseller?

Where should I email to? I can only find an email for sales queries, and another for press relations....... and the support ticket systems seem only for the existing resellers......

A ResellerClub reseller has not responded to both my refund request and the support tickets for more than 4 weeks! (except the robotic sorry messages, "We have encountered errors in adding fund to our reseller account.")

Actually, I know that they're not scammers.... Because I've actually used their services for more than a year.... But their services recently are really unsatisfactory, errors like "Order locked processing" always happens. In these few months, I am not able to register/renew ANY domains....

I know I can try reversing the Paypal payment, but I may have the risk being account suspended or losing existing domains.....



Any clues?

Try calling them, each time I've called them it was answered within a few rings and received good service.

errors like "Order locked processing" always happens.
It happens when your provider doesnt have enough fund in their account. It's not system error

Not sure to transfer the whole account, but transfer domains - it's ok if your invoices are paid. We have done it few times for our customers
