I was wondering, why are some servers able to offer 300 gb transfer and some only do like 70? Is it good or bad and what are the reasons? Please explain in detail.

alot hosts just oversell

1. Quality of bandwidth
2. Some can by TONS of bandwidth and get it a lot cheaper than those starting out.
3. Overselling
