I have a dedicted server (Windows) i am not satisfy with the current company

In these days i decided to move to another company but the new company (liquidweb) reject to transfer the accounts from old server to the new one :(

I don't have much experince in windows server so any body can guide me to any company doing that for me? or any body can help me with best way to do that i will appreciate

Note :
1-current company using Plesk Version 7.6 and the New company using Version 8.1
2- I have about 40 accounts in my server

khaled, you should be able to use the Plesk migration tools. Have you tried it? I've used it in the past for clients moving from one server to another and it worked.

We migrated server only a few weeks ago with your exact scenario - from Plesk 7.6.1 to 8.1.1. We just took a full backup using the Plesk Backup tool - FTP'd that to the new server and did a Plesk Restore. It was 12GB account data for XXX number of accounts and it worked beautifully.

The Migration Manager we never got working though - we tried but were getting a lot of silly error messages... We must have done something wrong, I suppose. But the backup method was brilliant for us.
