I am in need of a phpbb mod created.
It is a user upgrade/subscription mod.

Here are the features required:

- user uprgrade/subscription using nochex
- admin panel where I can set pricing plans
- automatic upgrade and manual upgrade/downgrade in admin
- when user upgrades, their post becomes 'highlighted'
- only one post per forum
- users can 'update' their post to push it to teh top of the board
- users can only update their post once every 4 hours

Budget: $50-$100.
