I have a contract at Dialtone, based on actual bandwidth, rather than average. I've seen quite a few of you comparing your actual bandwidth to the 95th percentile bandwidth.

From what I've been able to tell, Dialtone's charts only show 95th percentile. Where are you getting the numbers for actual bandwidth? I've asked Dialtone why their charts only show 95th percentile, and they informed me it was a bug they were currently working on.

I think Dialtone has recently switched from the 95% thing to a straight total-bandwidth method. There's a good possibility that they've changed their policy, but haven't updated all their reporting systems yet.
