Are the $99 Dedi's that rackshack are offering any good? - I ask because I am thinking of getting one and setting up a hosting company with it.

well there are pluses and minuses, as with all solutions.

You check out some feedback about them on this board, plus, remember unsatisfied people scream more than satisfied clients:)
