Ive been with okihost (http://www.okihost.com) on and off for over 3 years now and have had nothing but the best customer service. They usually responded within an hour, but they were always kind. Even when I left them for a few months (I returned) they worked VERY hard with my new host to get my sites transfered over. I have since returned and currently have a reseller account with them.

Don't be sorry! :D
Thanks for the review. Haven't seen a review by a customer that's been with a company for that long (for a while).
We need more of them these days. Keep it up okihost ;)

okihost has been around for quite sometime, just seems to be not so busy on WHT anymore.
Glad to know that you are happy with the service provided by OKIHost and the team.

Happy is an understatement :).
For the first time in over 3 years, OKIHOST has just majorly screwed up. They were having harddrive troubles and replaced the harddrive in the server, but apparently the backups they made prior to the swap were currupt and thus backups from the previous week had to be used. I work on my sites full time, so there is 40 hours of work (and hundreds of dollars) down the drain (its a blog, so it is not like I can just reupload pages).
