These are both PR0 according to DnScoop. They have only existed for 7 days..

And according to http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_checker?domain=www.ultimate-access.net its PR3. It was a PR3 domain that as been deleted so i grabbed it the first day he was dropped.
