Anyone know of a free voice chat room that is good that can be on ones site. Easy for not so smart viewers to use?

A long time ago I saw a voice chat that was a tiny box on ones page that could put in the middle of any pages of their site and it worked well. I think they went out of business.

I think they have some sort of software to intergrate it into web sites.
