RackAID has the 2.5.6 version here:

http://www.rackaid.com/free/phpmyadmin.cfm

You can get a supported version by paying $50 - $100 for it from Solarspeed, RaqTweak, and others.

But you can also simply install the stock .tar.gz file and it will work (install it on any named vsite).

If you want to integrate it into the GUI, look at /usr/sausalito/ui/menu and /usr/sausalito/ui/web. The details of how to integrate it are too much to add here, but there is a sort-of tutorial kicking around, and a half-Japanese powerpoint presentation at the BlueQuartz site.

WARNING!

putting phpmyadmin in /phpmyadmin for every site
or
(install it on any named vsite).

will allow hackers to try their luck.

Make sure you protect the area with a .htaccess file or put it in the gui.
